Thank you for selecting Dorrington Realty for your vacation rental needs. Please check the information, arrival and departure dates carefully for accuracy. Receipt of your deposit and payment obligates you, the renter, to the below listed terms and conditions along with the Cabin Rental Procedures.
The following terms and conditions are applicable to renting vacation cabins from Dorrington Realty .
RESERVATION and DEPOSITS: A deposit is due within five (5) days from the date the reservation is made. Payment can be made by check, money order or cashier's check, as follows:

RENT PAYMENT: Full rental payment is due within two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date. Renter agrees that any additional charges, if any, will be deducted from the deposit. Renter is also responsible for any costs in excess of the deposit including attorney's fees incurred for costs of collection.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits and pre-payments WILL NOT be refunded unless cancellations are made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the arrival date.
STAYS OF 30 DAYS OR LONGER: For stays longer than thirty (30), rent is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. For stays longer than thirty (30) days the cancellation notice is (60) days prior to arrival.
HOLIDAY SEASON: For reservations which include the dates December through March; full rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less $200 cancellation fee. If written notice is received less than thirty (30) days, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book your rental dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: You are hereby advised to secure travel insurance to protect you against any cancellations that may occur.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: There is a two (2) night minimum stay. During the holiday period, December through March, there is a three (3) night minimum stay for all cabin bookings.
